Christian Outreach Ministry was officially incorporated as a 501c (3) private, non profit, organization in the State of Georgia on March 26, 1999. It was created out of a passion to help families and children and to provide a "hands up" assistance to citizens disadvantaged by financial emergencies and other life challenges.
